Job Description:
- Technical Support for users with easy diagnostics / troubleshooting locally and remotely (via telephone) with remote assistance tools
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Telephone and in-person user support
- Registration and tracking of tickets from the helpdesk platform
- Install and configur computers, desktops and portable equipment
- Install and configur Xerox printers and Smart phones settings
- Configure VPN and Wi-Fi connections
- Maintenance of hardware
- Monitor the installation of specific software and creation of installation manuals
- Enable/ disable network points
- Video Conference and TV Rooms sessions support
- Regist/ inventory of new computer equipment


Qualifications:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a It Support or helpdesk function
- Monitoring and maintenance
- Languages: French, English
- Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork
- Great ability to focus on tasks, organization and time management
- Resilient


Additional Information:
- 8h Full-time job between 8:30 to 18:30
