What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner, taking on the role of IT Support in the Aveiro area.
Main Responsibilities:
• Set up workstations, installing and configuring hardware and software components, desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals;
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment;
• Computer lifecycle, preparation, replacement and disposal, ensure data wipe;
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems;
• Replacing damaged hardware, manage repairs in and outside of warranty, maintain;
records/logs of repairs
• Manage assets movements, maintaining IT assets database and inventory updated;
• Local service desk, providing support to users, remote and personal service desk within focus areas : Operating system Windows 10, Office (2016 /O365), OneNote, SharePoint, Skype for Business, MS Teams;
• Local helpdesk, manage Incidents, service requests and questions acting as an IT consultant within focus areas;
The talent what we are looking for:
• Expert knowledge of IT Product/Service must have a thorough knowledge of
computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems;
• Strong technical knowledge and IT system knowledge especially within focus area;
• Knowledge of ITIL processes;
• Troubleshooting, good problem-solving ability;
• English - level minimum/intermediate;
