International multi-site company in manufacturing sector is looking to strengthen the Europe IT Infrastructure team. The person will take care mainly of Microsoft technologies related operational duties as well as participating actively in the many ongoing and upcoming exciting IT Infrastructure projects, End user support and factory support.

Principais responsabilidades

Proactively identify problems and implement solutions following the group rules.

Troubleshoot system software, hardware and network issues and find or help finding solutions for these. Working within a team and engage support with external providers.

Participate and contribute actively at defining, developing, deploying and maintaining standards related to your area as well as for other touching IT Infrastructure solutions.

Perfil desejado

• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft solutions including Windows Server 2008 and higher, Active Directory, LDAP queries, PowerShell scripts, group policies.

• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, firewall, proxy solution, VPN, DNS, DHCP and WINS.
• Knowledge of AD authentication protocols, like Kerberos and SAML, and ADFS configurations.
• Experience in one or more of these solutions is a plus: Terminal Services, Skype for Business, Identity Management, SharePoint, SQL, self service solutions.

Proven capability of investigation and finding solutions for new needs and task automation.

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Eager to research complex infrastructure issues
• Strong documentation skills
• Team player and productive relationship with colleagues at remote sites.
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Career in a technical discipline
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a large multi-site company

MCSA or MCSE certification is a plus
