Randstad is recruiting a IT Support Expert Level 3, for direct integration, in a company with offices in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3-4 days remote, 1-2 days on-site / week).

International company. IT-as-a-Service business. They have a Cloud Marketplace B2B platform. The marketplace is used in many European countries. They work according to agile methodologies.

- Provide Level 3 support to the requestors (Report exports, Account Moves, Issue troubleshooting)
- Apply in-depth troubleshooting and debugging along with deep knowledge of systems,
databases, and applications to get to the root cause of the customers issue.
- Analyze recurring issues and suggest new solutions (feature, process, etc) with the goal of
decreasing escalations to 3rd level. 
- Close collaboration with development team members to address the long-term fixes.
- Customer consultations on API integrations.
- Execute API calls and when needed for troubleshooting the apps. 
- Maintain existing code base by fixing bugs and make refactoring.
- Participation in IT audits.
- Participation in workshops and demos.




requisitos/requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience supporting SaaS solutions (mandatory requirement).
- Good english communication skills (intermediate level is mandatory requirement).
- Experience in supporting SaaS Applications (Azure or other). Being able to troubleshoot systems that are built and deployed in Azure and integrated with API’s (important).
- Experience in testing Soap and REST APIs (important).
- Experience in testing environment management and testing
- Experience and understanding Database structures, SQL queries
- Troubleshooting application from both Frontend and Backend side
- Previous experience with 3rd level support
- Can read and understand code


Other valued skills:
- Experience in scripting JavaScript, Python, or others
- Knowledge of databases and Linux.
- Troubleshooting master.
- Communicator that will be able to analyse, summarise and put the question to troubleshoot it.
- Ownership for the ticket queue (can sort, prioritize, summarize, find the common root-cause and argument the criticality).
- Be able to hold workshops with developers to find the workaround for the fix.
- Knowing the Development and Deployment Lifecycle
