Your new company
We are currently looking for IT Support Engineers to participate in an IT service desk for our clients' customers and internal users, and also take part in infrastructure projects.

Your new role
You will work in shifts to handle the daytime level 1 and level 2 support for our clients' customers and internal users as well. You'll escalate to level 3 and 4 support and follow-up the work and time spent.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous experience as a Support, working with Linux or Solaris systems administration, knowledge of ITIL processes (mandatory) and experience with an ITSM tool is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
