We are now looking for IT Support Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team, in Porto.
Are you the one?
• +2 years of experience in working on similar roles;
• Good experience in L1 support;
• Advanced knowledge in working with Ticketing tools;
• Good experience with SQL;
• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Be communicative (English is mandatory)
• Able to work well in a team setting, supporting other developers
• Be self manageable
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Investigate and perform root-cause analysis of incidents and engage with the relevant teams towards its resolution;
• Follow all the development process of new features/improvements/fixes (Specification, Development, Tests, Delivery and Post Delivery);
• Contribute to the sharing of knowledge;
• Continuous improvement: develop recommendations and procedures to prevent recurrent issues.
