Main responsibilities:

- Understanding of business and operation and act as a local IT business partner in the terminal in line with the IT standards and support model set by HQ IT Dept.
- Responsible from a wide range of IT systems;
- Keeping inventories, managing assets, warranty periods, maintenance contracts and report their status periodically;
- Providing day to day support, review of tickets and requests coming from the users and alarms generated by the systems.

requisitos/requirements
- Bachelor degree in technology field ( Computer, Electronics and Communication etc.);
- Min 2-3 years of hands on experience in terms of IT system implementation and support;
- Understanding of network services – WAN – LAN – Wi-Fi – indoor / outdoor cabling;
- Understanding of servers – storage systems and virtualization;
- Experience of end user computers – PC / Laptop / Printers / Mobile devices;
- Experience of Microsoft Office & Operating systems;
- Understanding of basic system security, access controls, vpn, firewalls, antiviruses etc;
- Strong communication skills both in verbal and written;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English;
