• Technical or academic training in relevant areas;

• Knowledge of the IT Support environment and experience in application support;

• Knowledge and experience with databases (eg Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server);

• Ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts and diagnose and resolve technical and advanced IT issues;

• Working with applications with many interfaces to other applications;

• Work by ticket and incident procedures;

• Resolving incidents, monitoring production environments and checking’s validation;

• Comfortable with ITIL norm/ practices and Microsoft technology and products;

• Experience in large-scale end user support operations;

• Programming or scripting skills (is a plus);

• Be able for teamwork and for supporting other members;

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Strong sense of responsibility;

• English speaking.
