About The Challenge

To help us in this journey, we are looking for curious, talented and motived people with a passion for modernizing tech and IT practices in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Together with our clients, we will challenge you to:

• Develop solution roadmaps, target state solution architectures, document design approaches with the delivery of specifications;
• Reach technology solution design options and technology choices through written recommendations that elaborate rationale through analysis & collaboration;
• Advance the state of application portfolio towards cloud-readiness through expert-level insights and advocacy;
• Manage, optimize and automate software development and its quality;
• Advise and coach clients on how to design, setup and implement lean and agile software development frameworks and tools;
• Drive the organization towards best practices and technologies in the areas as DevOps, CI/CD, API & Microservices and BDD/TDD, among others.

About Your Profile

• Must have experience working with various architectural styles and patterns;
• Responsive and decisive on adjusting product architecture to customer requirements, market conditions and technology evolution;
• Solid knowledge of lean and agile software development methodologies and processes;
• Track record that includes the design and release of high-quality, high-performance, enterprise-level software products/applications;
• Hands-on experience with implementing DevOps principles through deployment of continuous delivery pipelines, testing strategies, and quality validation;
• Knowledge and certifications in IT governance methodologies and frameworks (e.g.: ITIL, COBIT) are preferred;
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills;
• Work and communicate internally and with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end-users to C-suite;
• Degree in computer science, information technologies and engineering or equivalent work experience; 
• Master's degree preferred; 
• More than 6 years of professional experience.
