We are searching for an IT Service Manager (Maintenance and Support)

The main responsibility will be ensuring Service quality

Requirements:

• SQL/Oracle databases;
• Web services and servers;
• Generic knowledge of programming (Java, PL/SQL);
• ITIL knowledge and any Service Management tool are valued;
• Good skills in portuguese and English;
• Any experience in Oracle Retail will be value.
