We are looking to reinforce our Digital Group with an IT Service Manager, who will be part of a global team and in a multiple cultural environment, with the main responsibility of ensuring Service quality to our company clients:

IT Service Manager (M/F)

Are you an experienced IT Service Manager? Are you keen to contribute with your leadership and expertise to enhance the service quality provided across the organization?

As an IT Service Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a high Service quality to our company team members in a timely manner;
  • Manage the day to day delivery of services and respective SLAs;
  • Producing regular and accurate service management reports and dashboards for IT leadership;
  • Developing and ensuring that service management policies, processes and procedures documentation is created, updated and maintained as well as communicating IT service management strategy, process and procedures across IT;
  • Analysing incident, problem and change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that have occurred and to take any opportunities to improve service quality;

We are looking to recruit:

  • A client oriented Candidate with an IT related degree;
  • A Candidate that has experience in Service Management and that understands how IT service management supports and enables the business;
  • A Candidate that enjoys providing a high quality service and solutions, while delivering on time and with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • A Candidate that has team management experience;
  • A Candidate with excellent communication skills in English;
