We are searching for an IT Service Manager to work in Porto or Lisbon!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and support of platforms in the Service Management area;
  • Implementation of implementation projects;
  • Perform pre-sales actions and presentations.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems; SQL/Oracle databases, Web services and servers;
  • Generic knowledge of programming (.NET, Java, Perl, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
  • ITIL knowledge and any Service Management tool are valued;
  • Knowledge of implementation and administration in other platforms and technologies from other manufacturers such as ServiceNow, BMC, HP, IBM, etc.;
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices;
  • Good skills in Portuguese and English.
