What are we looking for? 

Required skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the area of information technologies, or area relevant to the function;
• Experience in IT Service and incident, problem, change and request processes.
• Practical and structured understanding of ITIL Service Delivery Processes
• Technical writing skills, to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations
• ITIL / IPC knowledge
• Experience in ServiceNow platform
