Location: Porto (Hybrid)

Our client is a financial service brand within a multinational group. Their mission is to simplify how families and small businesses manage their finances, offering simple and innovative financial solutions and products.

On a technology level, they operate in a cloud environment with multiple interactions with internal and external partners. As they grow their business, they are looking for an IT Service Manager (m/f). This person will supervise the services and applications provided internally and externally, managing availability, performance and problem-solving processes, and coordinating the entire operational and support activity on these appllications.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, namely with the implementation and management of ITIL framework and processes
• At least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role within this scope
• Knowledge of Financial Areas and Cloud Environments, namely Microsoft Azure, is a plus
• Strong sense of service, transparent in case of difficulties
• Demonstrated critical thinking and willingness for improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to understand the business needs
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and with good level of English
