Description

As an IT Security Analyst, you will help to implement Security Processes within Teleperformance, driving PCI, DSS and ISO 27001 compliance according to Law and certifications requirements.

Responsibility
• Identify vulnerabilities in the system, implementing thread hunting procedures and developing penetration and black/white box tests;
• Research tech-based trends in order to always stay one step ahead;
• Report fraud and security incidents (IT Infrastructure related);
• Support TP Security Program and GESP implementation (IT Infrastructure related);
• Manage Security Awareness Program for the Subsidiary;
• Support the implementation of PCI, ISO 27001, and privacy law compliance and certification;
• Ensure the response to any PCI DSS and ISO 27001 questions;
• Support PCI DSS and ISO 27001 audits;
• Interact with IT, HR, Training, Operation Security, and other departments;
• Client Security audit project management;
• Manage client SLA/SSLA;
• Risk management.

Your Profile
• Higher Education Degree – preferential;
• Must have 7 or more years in an information security position such as security administrative/consultant;
• Must have experience with information security fraud investigations;
• Digital forensics and social engineering knowledge;
• Experience in offensive (ethical hacking) and defensive cyber security tactics;
• Experience in Red Team/Blue Team simulations;
• Must understand and be familiar with current industry and market trends;
• Understand and be familiar with statutory or regulatory compliance and best practices including PCI DSS, ISO  27001, ISO 17799, ITIL, SB1386, COBIT, SOX GLBA, Privacy Law;
• Preferential certifications – CISSP, CFE, PMP, ITIL;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Achievement oriented and problem-solving mindset;
• Analytical ability;
• Team building/teamwork;
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
