To push the security implementation within Teleperformance, IT Security Analyst will help driving compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and privacy law compliance and certification.
Responsibility
• Support the implementation of TP Policy Program (IT Infrastructure related);
• Manage Security Awareness Program for the Subsidiary;
• Assist and support GESP (Global Essential Security Policies) Program (IT Infrastructure related) needs;
• Improve the implementation of Security Policies and Procedures in Contact Centers (IT Infrastructure related);
• Reporting fraud and security incidents (IT Infrastructure related);
• Support the implementation of PCI, ISO 27001, and privacy law compliance and certification;
• Ensure the response to any PCI DSS and ISO 27001 questions;
• Support PCI DSS and ISO 27001 audits;
• Interact with IT, HR, Training, Operation Security, and other departments;
• Client Security audit project management;
• Manage client SLA/SSLA;
• Risk management.
Your Profile
• Higher Education Degree – preferential;
• Must have 7 or more years in an information security position such as security administrative/consultant;
• Must have experience with information security fraud investigations;
• CISSP certification (preferential);
• CFE certification (preferential);
• PMP certification (preferential);
• ITIL certification (preferential);
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Must understand and be familiar with current industry and market trends;
• Understand and be familiar with statutory or regulatory compliance and best practices including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 17799, ITIL, SB1386, COBIT, SOX GLBA, Privacy Law;
