In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for an IT Risk Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Continuity, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000-series standards or other similar standards/frameworks);
- Previous experience using GRC & Audit tools and understanding of audit processes and methodology;
- Proficient in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, planner, etc.;
-Experience working with IT controls frameworks including the identification of risk and the collection and review of relevant audit evidences;
- Attention to detail and accurancy;
- Strong communication skills, written and oral;
- Good Analysis and Organization skills;
- Rigorous, autonomous and proactive;
- Self-motivated and results focused;
- Proficiency in French is valued;
- Fluent in English.
 

Responsibilities:

- Follow-up and reporting (figures, alerts,…) of IT recommendations implementation (IG/Regulator/external/Permanent Control actions) in order to meet Group objectives;
- Assist in reporting and preparation of regular Function/Metier/Region IT risk and control committees;
- Ensure that procedures, control plans, methods and tools are in place;
- Collect and analyse the results and actions plans with a critical vision;
- Identify risks from control non-compliances and propose mitigation actions plans;
- Collection and follow-up of operational incidents and declaration as part of the Historical Incident process.
