We need someone with good judgement and high standards, who can rethink the company's recruitment strategy, take initiative, be proactive, and who doesn’t get discouraged by obstacles on the way.
We need someone to improve our recruitment process, set standards and implement them in practice, in order to significantly increase the capacity and quality of our recruitment process.
About us
We are a group of two companies: SPARK2D, a consultant specialized in digital transformation, and Tangível, a UX (User Experience) specialist. We work with large national and international companies from different sectors, such as Banking, Technology, Finance, Health and Retail. We plan, design and implement user-focused strategies, products and services with great benefits for our customers.
We are looking to significantly strengthen our recruitment team in Lisbon.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant formal qualification/degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Advanced English level;
- Experience in using recruitment management platforms;
- Knowledge of job posting platforms and social networks;
- Very good organization and priority management skills;
- Empathetic and good at teamwork;
- Strategic and analytical mindset;
- Customer-orientated and results-oriented;
- Energy, a lot of energy.
