Skills you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment field.
• Experience in direct search and know-how to effectively source candidates.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good level of english.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn sourcing.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Propose new ways of achieving recruiting goals.
