Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Team to understand their IT staffing needs;

- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;

- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role;

- Portuguese native, Fluent in English and/or French;

- Resident in the Lisbon area with availability for hybrid work;

- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
