Our client is a global company setting an IT Centre of Excellence in Lisbon.

Principais responsabilidades

• In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of technology projects. The successful candidate will liaise with the IT technical team, select vendors and business unit to manage issues and risks and executing all related tasks to successfully deliver projects against agreed plan
• Provide project management support to assigned IT projects
• Interface between technical teams, Business users, vendors and finance organisations to ensure the smooth execution of IT projects
• Manage small to medium size IT projects (up to $500K)
• Develop project support documentation including trackers for finance, resources, people
• Ability to manage small project works independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects
• Coordinate and Lead project status and Steering Committee meetings
• Direct management for IT projects in an international environment
• Project documentation and reporting (RAID logs, plans, trackers, presentations etc)
• Documentation and process and procedure development
• Management of project finances working with Global finance teams as needed
• Coordinate and Lead project status meetings

Perfil desejado

• Experience working with complex / international organisation in project / PMO related role
• Goods skills with Excel and PMO tools and techniques
• Strong organisational / admin skills
• Experience of managing small to medium projects
• Knowledge of hosting, network, and end user compute technologies beneficial
• Experience working in an Agile environment a plus
• Experience working alongside technical IT resources, and managing virtual teams
• PM qualifications preferred. (PMP, Scrum, Agile etc.)
• Appreciation of project finance (Opex vs Capex); SAP experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Tenacious problem-solving abilities to see issues through to resolution
• Strong research skills to build information to deliver new projects and solve issues
• Ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually and manage own workload
• Business and Financial Acumen
• Experienced Project Manager; Agile a plus
