Ensure that realistic project plans are prepared and maintained

Plans and scope priority are clearly understood and fit into the roadmap / programme plan

Provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as per the defined project communication plan

Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored

Working as a business analyst during the plan-, design-, build- and UAT phases of a project

Capturing requirements in the form of user stories

Capturing assumptions, acceptance criteria, test cases , workflow diagrams

Work alongside the technical team to manage scope changes

Perform mid-sprint demos to the customer product owner

Perform end-of -sprint demos

Guiding UAT

Experience as a project manager in IT projects with a high degree of complexity

Knowledge of agile software development methodologies

Experience managing project scope, timeline and effort changes during project execution

Evaluating project risks and defining mitigation actions within the domain of the project team

Experience working in Agile projects

Strong customer facing skills
