Our client is a multinational company and is looking for a Product Manager for Lisbon.

Product vision and roadmap: Develop and be the advocate of the product vision by leading the
product communication and being the stakeholder of skills management.
Customer Experience (CX) mandate: Drive the CX strategic CX by applying Product Management discipline combined with human-centric design approaches to managing omnichannel experiences and customer journeys holistically, across channels.
Pre-sales support: Provides technical pre-sales support for TLS products and services, in coordination with business development, account management, and bid management teams.
Product development and service operations: Maximize the value of the product, by leading and providing direction to product development teams (internal and external) while meeting deadlines and client/customer needs.


requisitos/requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
5+ year experience as a Product Manager
Experience as Product Owner
Strong team spirit, communication skills, motivation to learn, coach and mentor
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of industry trends, customer insights, and market dynamics.
A track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and meeting business objectives.
Passion for technology and a drive to create products that have a meaningful impact on people's lives.
Financial acumen and experience creating and managing budgets
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes

Nice To have:
Experience working in a Product software company
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and collaborative tools
Technical background or understanding of technology trends
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
