Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an IT Operator to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide local and remote support;
• Ticketing work;
• User management in AD environment;
• Troubleshooting network and hardware related problems;
• Configuration and deployment of workstations

You must have:

• Experience of 3 years in similar activities (minimum);
• Strong experience in SQL Server;
• Knowledge in programming, Sharepoint and microinformatics
• Consolidated experience in Active Directory; Creation and management of GPOs
• English
