Description

  • Implementation of all IT Operation related tasks, in order to put in production all the changes designed and developed by the IT Team and applications' providers. Analysis and solving of all IT incidents raised by the users.
  • Implement, coordinate and follow up IT Design tasks, parametrization and configuration, regarding the implementation of change requests, within business goals, requirements and guidelines in order to ensure the efficiency of the implementation of processes in the systems.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
  • Analysis and solving of all IT incidents raised by the users, fulfilling the SLA defined between business and IT (in the ITO contract). Management and monitoring of all the problems detected in the scope of the reported incidents. Report correctly all the incidents and problems using the ITSM tools.
  • Implementation of Changes:
  • Implement or request implementation, using ITSM tools, of all IT changes done by the IT team or by providers.
  • Change Request Requirement Analysis and Software Development:
  • To analyse, identify and propose solutions to be implemented; design process definition for the change request in order to improve business processes and optimize users' task according to business requirements. Implement the changes in the system doing parametrizations and configuration to support the proposed solution.

Profile

  • IT Management university degree or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Consultant or in the Financial services sector
  • SQL skills implementing statements, procedures and functions (advanced)
  • Microsoft .NET C# programming language (high)
  • Microsoft Reporting Services, designing reports (high)
  • Communication skills (high)
  • English (high)
  • Financial credit business process knowledge (high)
  • Accipiens Application knowledge - database, scripting, reports, configuration (optional)
