IT Service Manager:

- ITIL or PMP;

- VMware vSphere;

- Nutanix;

- AWS;

- Azure or Google Cloud;

- Cisco Catalyst / Nexus family;

- Networking R&S / Sec / NFV / SDN / VoiP, Wireless;

- OS: WinSrv ( 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 );

- OS: Linux or UNIX based systems ( Shell, Perl, Network and Corporate basic services: DHCPD, Bind, IPTables, Squid, OpenLDAP, OpenVPN, Samba, VSFTPD and so on;

- Microsoft Cloud Services ( O365, EXO, ATP, SQL SaaS, Kubernetes and others );

- Citrix Netscaler or F5 LTM and GTM;

- Storage: HP3PAR or Nimble ( with NimbleOS CLI )

- VDI environments and options knowledge;

- Capable of learning new solutions in a fast and productive way;

- Able to demonstrate customer negotiation excellent capabilities;

- Willing to skyrocket businesses for the company;

- Able to conduct corporate meetings;
