Mission:

You will ensure the proper maintenance of our client network infrastructure and computing needs, overseeing the usage and security of all corporate IT resources, such as computers, servers, smartphones, etc. 

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• More 3 years of working experience in the field of IT service/management;
• Experience working and troubleshooting network infrastructure and systems; 
• Experience as Linux system administrator, system services, virtualization; Knowledgeable of network protocols such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and others; 
• Capable of setting and configuring video conferencing rooms using Zoom; 
• Skills on Windows, Linux, and Mac laptops, tablets, and smartphones setup;
• Experience with SaaS products such as GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, Office 365 is a plus;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Sense of responsibility, pro-activity, and dynamism;
• Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
