We are looking for IT Learning Management to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Great PowerPoint presentation design skills;
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 tools;
- Impressive communication and presentation skills;
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position;
- Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedules;
- Understanding of and passion for IT;
- Ability to translate technology into user benefits with user-centric approach;
- Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team;
- Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels;
- Native-speaker level command of English and Deutsch with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills;
-Strategic and out of the box-thinking;
-Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
-Curiosity with experimentation and hands-on approach, eager to learn and develop soft skills, easy going and able to relate to and interact with a diverse and global team;
-Team player and proactive, with initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organisation, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
