Cycloid – Technology and Consulting Lda., is looking for talented and passionate Account Manager, which will work closely with our CBO and cross-functionally to establish and maintain a long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to develop a portfolio of assigned potential customers by actively seek new sales profitable opportunities to meet customer’s needs.
Main responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth;
- Market research, identification of new business opportunities and consequently contact customers to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan;
- Gather information on assigned customers (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans);
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the field's concepts, practices and procedures in IT infrastructure, software development and services implementation space;
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customers’ queries;
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication;
- Report on sales status and results on a regular basis;
- Promote company products/services that maximize customer satisfaction;
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs;
- Responsible for proposal creation and delivery;
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience;
- Follow-up of solutions implemented in the customers, guaranteeing the satisfaction of the customers.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Informatics Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
- 1 year or more of working experience in the field or in a related area;
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
- Experience in selling with enterprise customers;
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and negation skills with an ability to build relationships;
- Puts the customer experience first, challenges the status quo, intellectually curious with a solution-oriented attitude;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Good written and spoken language skills in English (B2).
