Job Description

Maintain the hardware and software components of their employer’s IT network. When servers, routers, PCs, and other equipment need to be set up or fixed, an IT infrastructure support is usually the point person for the job. 

• Provide IT Support;
• Maintain Network Component

Qualifications

Hardware management skills:

• Desktops, laptops, printers and scanners installation and support
• Fixed assets administration and control (it related)
• Helpdesk and support to local users
• Management and support of comms:
• Fixed and mobile
• Networks and wifi

Generic software skills:

• Windows 10
• Office 365
• Fluent in english: written and spoken

Additional Information

General it management skills:

•  It suppliers management
• Software licencings control
