IT Infrastructure Manager @ Aubay

Description

What are you going to do?

  • Managing and continuously improving the IT Infrastructure of a state of the art software asset management tool;
  • Ensuring the reliable operation of IT Infrastructure Services for these tools and will include the responsibility for all aspects of the IT Infrastructure life cycle;
  • Continuous and strategically improvement of the IT Infrastructure in close collaboration with the IT Infrastructure Service Provider and Application Manager;
  • Driving service innovation, service quality and usability for both the applications and the underlying infrastructure;
  • Ensure secure service operations with high customer satisfaction;
  • Continuous and strategically improvement of the inbound/outbound application integration;
  • Collaborations with external and internal IT Infrastructure Provider;
  • Budget planning and controlling.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Profound knowledge in IT Service Management incl. IT Infrastructure Provider Management;
  • Excellent experience with complex operations of IT Infrastructure as servers, networks and applications based on MS Windows Ops;
  • Profound experiences in IT Infrastructure Operation Models like on-premises or IaaS incl. AWS or Azure;
  • Excellent know how in application integration (e.g. REST) and experience with data base management (e.g. SQL);
  • Adept in Information security concepts and implementation;
  • Know how in user management, roles, authorizations, authentications, management of certificates, firewalls, accounts;
  • Experience in an agile working environment;
  • Excellent communications and proficiency in English.
