This role includes the following tasks:

- Information Technology Infrastructure Operation Services Management;
- Transformation Project Management;
- Hosting & Cloud Contract Management;
- Data Communication Contract Management (MPLS, International and OEM);
- Infrastructure Standards Definition and Maintenance;
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery;
- Manage service levels.

requisitos/requirements
Reporting directly to the headquarters the main requirements for the role are the following:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the position (or similar) with strong knowledge of the IS/IT market, namely Portugal, Spain and Africa;
- Fluency in English and Spanish;
- Good stress management skills;
- Availability to work extended hours.
