The role
We are looking for an IT HelpDesk to join our IT Support Team.

Your profile
FairJourney Biologics is seeking a candidate with the following characteristics:
• Experience in HelpDesk and IT support
o Hardware, software and TCP/IP network troubleshooting
o Install and configure Windows operating systems
o End-User troubleshooting
o User experience with ticketing tools
• Excellent organization skills;
• Very detail oriented;
• Excellent time-management and planning skills; • Outstanding communication abilities;
• Fluent in English;
