The role
We are looking for an IT HelpDesk to join our IT Support Team.
Your profile
FairJourney Biologics is seeking a candidate with the following characteristics:

• Experience in HelpDesk and IT support
• Hardware, software and TCP/IP network troubleshooting
• Install and configure Windows operating systems
• User experience with ticketing tools
• AD, DNS, DHCP, GP.
• O365
• Microsoft domain Infrastructure;
• Excellent organization skills;
• Very detail oriented;
• Excellent time-management and planning skills; • Outstanding communication abilities; • Fluent in English;
