To strengthen the team, we are looking for a IT HelpDesk (m/f), to work in Porto.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to users of the company's computer systems (in person or remotely);

- Respond to incidents and requests reported, recording them in the event registration application;

- Forward the problems to which he is unable to respond through the occurrence recording application;

- Proceed to the installation and maintenance of equipment and systems;

- Supporting the Software and Hardware inventory.

- Training of users and automation of processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in similar functions;

- High School education (professional course in the IT area);

- Experience in account management (Active Directory), e-mail box creation;

- Knowledge of configuration and operation of Windows and Android operating systems;

- General knowledge of networks and Microsoft Office 365;

- Proactive attitude in identifying problems and designing solutions;

- Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

- Capacity for continuous learning, innovation, creativity and initiative

- Mastering of the English language;

- Availability to travel between Porto and Guimarães
