What skills do you need to have?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• Proven experience in COBIT Design & Implementation ;
• Knowledge of ISO27000 ;
• Advanced experience in JIRA/Confluence;
• English (B2);
• PMP/PMI, CBAP, PBA or ITIL V3 certification is a plus

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Conduct assessments of IT Governance and IT Service Management;
• Propose realistic solutions for issues related to policies, processes, and procedures;
• Define and document IT policies;
• Design IT Governance and IT Service Management processes and procedures;
• Model process workflows using BPMN;
• Create IT service catalog and SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
• Provide training to process professionals and managers;
• Guide process implementation;
• Perform internal audits based on ISO27000
