You will be responsible for IT user satisfaction of Portugal office, support business transformation project and IT infrastructure project implementation, and IT user support.

Job description:

- Responsible for business transformation/IT project implementation which covers project management, business requirement analysis, design business and IT integrated solution, IT system training, system configuration, user acceptance testing, user support and troubleshooting;

- Work closely with business staff/system user and software development team to build high-quality systems that meet user expectations;

- Identify the business needs of user and help to determine the best solutions to address ongoing business requirement;

- Implementing IT infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery;

- Responsible for IT infrastructure operation and user support to ensure business; continuity;

- Implementation of workplace IT to enhance business efficiency;

- Responsible for the customer satisfaction of the assigned IT product or business area.




requisitos/requirements
What are we looking for in terms of Skills & Experience?

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT related field with minimum 1 years in IT project implementation and minimum 1 years in system support / development;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiar WAN/LAN technology, with Huawei Network Certified is better;
- Basic ITIL, Java, Oracle database and Excel/VBA skills.
- Good communication skills and effective teamwork.
- Proficient in English.
