Role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to work with technical components for customer integration projects related to web performance.

Furthermore, you will be part of our Professional Services team to ensure quality and accuracy to requirements.

Desirable Skills

• You are familiar with networking protocols and technologies (especially HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP).
• You have experience with web programming and with HTTP technologies (REST, cookies/sessions, HTML, JavaScript), including a working knowledge of web application development and integration (e.g., REST, SOAP, J2EE, PHP) and related tools (cURL, Postman, DIG, Traceroute, etc.).
• You have experience with customer support and are thrilled to debug and solve issues.
• You are highly motivated and ambitious and like to learn and improve yourself.
• Your English is fluent, written and spoken.
