Description

NOESIS is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Specialist with expertise in the Microsoft Development Stack and other generic development delivery, software quality, and project coordination with remote teams. As an IT Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating and collaborating with remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and designers, to drive successful project delivery.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Development Stack, generic development practices to provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with remote teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution. Foster effective collaboration, manage dependencies, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project delivery.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Conduct regular code reviews, perform testing activities, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address any concerns or issues. Build strong relationships and foster a customer-centric approach to project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience working with remote teams and coordinating project activities across different locations.
• Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and software development tools.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and software testing methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery.
• Live in the Dublin area.
