To integrate the IT Corporate team, reporting to the Head of Applications, as the internal resource to support the teams globally on BPM processes.

Main Tasks:

• Support Key users from different corporate departments and regions on existing BPM processes (1st and 2nd level support)
• Maintain updated documentation of business processes IT related activities
• Collect and document business requirements for new management processes
• Deploy new management processes in the corporate BPM tool
• Collaborate with external suppliers on complex management processes deployment

Skills Profile:

• Frequency or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline course
• Knowledge of BPM concepts & tools is a plus (desirable Softexpert)
• Knowledge of IT systems, programming logic, excel, word, SQL.
• Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills
• Excellent organizational/time management skills
• Good level of English
• Team work player
