Description
To contribute to increased revenue by supporting the consulting team in providing professional advice to the customer, the sales team or Fujitsu in the expertise domains of Business Process and/or IT Service & Solution Consulting in small to medium assignments of low to medium complexity.
Requirements
Expertise. Demonstrates understanding of basic business and technology issues and discusses and resolves such issues with customers under general guidance of a more senior colleague and within a clearly defined assignment. Gathers and searches relevant information to supply to a more senior consultant in support of more complex assignments
Data & Requirements Analysis. Analyses information to be included in client reports, presentations and proposals. Analyses customer requirements for small self contained assignments or as support to more senior colleagues in more complex assignments
Documentation & Reports. Under clear guidance, supports in the preparation of accurate reports, compelling presentations, proposals and further documentation for customers and/or for internal purpose
Team Work. Acts as a helpful, effective and flexible member of the consulting team and/or project teams, supporting in a professional and friendly manner more senior colleagues in the accomplishment of their assignments
Interaction with Customers. Represents Fujitsu and Fujitsu’s reputation when having to interact with customer’s staff within assignments and when participating to company and further professional events. Tries and gets as much customer exposure as possible in agreement with senior colleagues and line manager
Personal Development. Agrees on a personal development plan with line manager which includes development actions such as getting familiar with consulting services within Fujitsu and with Fujitsu’s offerings, acquiring knowledge of the relevant consulting methodologies and techniques including certifications and receiving coaching, feedback and guidance from more senior colleagues. Starts to build a personal portfolio of expertise in the IT Consulting and/or Business Process Consulting space as appropriate
Knowledge Sharing. Makes use of Fujitsu’s knowledge base as user and contributor. Maintains skills profile up to date
