Thus, we are now looking for a new Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges!

Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with background in IT to work with a support team.

In this role, the BA will have to work with business users giving functional and technical support to vetting platform, performing training sessions and write User Guides to different teams. You should be able to understand business requirements, analyze bugs and test case scenarios.

Your main responsibilities involve managing and responding to support request, writing documentation, track and report projects progress.

You must have…

• Analytical skills; 
• Good communication and facility to interact with people;
• Managing and tracking of Project Backlog Items
• Experience in SQL;
• English Proficiency;

Although not mandatory, it’d be highly appreciated:  

• French Proficiency
• Previous Experience with Fenergo Products
