Mission:

We are looking for IT Business Analyst who will have to participate to the maintenance of Market Risk IT production systems. Different levels of experience and expertise are being considered, namely intermediate and expert levels.

His/Her main activities will include the following, among others:

• Gather user requirements and prioritize requests according with user expectations;
• Performing requirements analysis and write/maintain functional specifications;
• For every specification, ensure the analysis, tests and coordination of release management;
• Participate actively to investigate and resolve operational issues:
  - In case of error, coordinate actions of resolution with developers and applicative production team; communicate impact to users;
  - Answer to business users questions, by analyzing data generated by our processes;
• Work closer with development team in the sprint planning, follow up and retrospective;
• Ensure training and make sure that tools are correctly used by Business Users;
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.

 Profile:

• Engineering or Mathematics Academic background;
• Professional or academic knowledge in Financial Market, Market data, and/or Risks Management;
• Some experience as business analyst and/or already worked on IT projects in financial institutions;
• Basic programming skills;
• Basic scripting skills;
• Able to perform SQL requests;
• Rigorous and proactive;
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills;
• English language minimum B1 level (mandatory);
• French language is a plus.
