Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for talented IT Asset Manager that will join our team located in Lisbon.

In this position, you will be able to contribute and generate value to the organization by, not only helping avoiding costs and finding cost saving opportunities, but also by being involved in interesting projects where you will be exposed to new software.

Contractual function:

- Contract analysis

- Execution of purchase orders

- Follow-up of purchase orders

- Updating of stock

- Archiving of documents

- Managing the catalogue of authorized software

Inventory function

- Gathering of inventory related information

- Analysis of inventory

- Validation of software installation requests

- Optimization planning of software installation

Financial function

- Reconciliation of purchase orders/invoices

- Payment follow-up

- These functions are part of a complex environment with several stakeholders’ interactions, such as branch IT responsible, contract managers, application managers, other procurement teams, providers and end-users.

- Fluency in both English and French is important for this position. English writing, listening and understanding is key, but also French listening and understanding are critical.

- Teamwork skills and a collaborative mind-set are essential. It should have a Microsoft Excel intermediate/advance level (i.e.: generate pivot tables; and use advance formulas: i.e.: SUMIF; VLOOKUP; IF).
