Description
Main Tasks:
- Support clients in implementing and testing products and services;
- Knowing in depth the products, services and their integration aspects, in order to provide an efficient and effective support to customers and partners, focusing on the banking ecosystem;
- Resolving incidents and responding to requests for clarification associated with the services provided;
- Ensuring that support requests are resolved quickly and within agreed service levels;
- Communication with the Development and Business teams
- Building and updating knowledge databases, documentation and materials to support the team's functions
- Analysis, documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools.
Noesis is looking of the following profile:
- Degree in technical area, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar (Management Informatics, Engineering or Mathematics);
- Professional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;
- Mastery of the English language;
- Good learning capacity, organization, autonomy and dynamism.
