The Applications Helpdesk position is in charge of resolving level 1 and 2 incidents that occur in the Portugal environment and occasionally in Spanish.
The main responsabilities are:
- Resolution of incidents in situ, remotely and by telephone of the Hipoges Works and B2B applications.
- Management of ticketing applications, Remedy, Jira, etc.
Requirements
The main competences are:
- Knowledge of programming languages, for the development of applications in a Web environment.
- Knowledge of SQL language and management of PostgresQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of red
- Experience in customer service support.
- Organized and methodical
- Dynamic, responsible.
- Very good communication skills.
- English and Spanish skills.
