We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in the Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 130 active partners and operate in banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Works directly with the merchant and internal teams on post-integration issues to provide technical/functional support;
• Installation and configuration of payment and commerce products;
• Conducts test scenarios with code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints;
• Communicates technical issues to merchants and internal departments;
• Identifies irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors;
• Ability to diagnose and identify issues with Services and Network connectivity;
• Supports hardware and software involved with merchant payment processing;
• Supports onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
• General knowledge with Windows & Unix, shell scripting, SQL, XML;
• Work in a challenging and demanding environment;
• ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge;
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word or Teams;
• Knowledge of payment system transaction flows and understanding of electronic banking (highly valued);
• Good English level.
