As "IT Administrator", you will administer operating systems and applications.

We would like to receive applications from professionals with the following profile:

3 years of proven experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2006/2012 Servers; File servers Microsoft; Clusters Microsoft; Microsoft Exchange Server; Microsoft Active Directory in particular AD organization configuration, assignment of GPO´S, forests, replication between DC´S;  Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft DHCP,DNS,CA; Microsoft Hyper-V;
• Clusters de VMWare Vsphere;
• Systems Storage HP MSA e DELL Compellent;
• Zoning in SAN Switchs Brocade;
• Backup and restore tools preferably veeam and Commvault;
• Barracuda SPAM Firewall; Tenants in Microsoft 365;
• KEMP balancers in reverse proxy;
• Experience in supporting Microsoft networks and basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
• Skills in the execution of procedure manuals, including their creation, review and improvement;
• Skills in supporting users and managing requests received in a ticketing tool;
• Skills in detecting and solving technical problems;
• Assertive communication in the context of project management with clients and in a team;
• High level of Report writing in Portuguese;
• Minimum level B1/B2 in English;
• Candidates must reside in Portugal, being the place of work in the offices in Aveiro, Viseu or Lisbon;
• They must have availability for frequent trips to customers and a valid driving license.
