About the role

This person will be responsible to prevent and correct 2nd level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and restoring time for IP network elements. Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities with Planning, Design and Delivery teams.

What are the challenges for this role?

This person would be responsible to provide troubleshooting, analysis and problem solutions for critical situations. Implement preventive software correction packages on nodes to solve network problems. Implement software and hardware updates. Provide technical input for automation and self-healing.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in firewalls (Checkpoint and Fortinet);

Experience with load balancers;

Experience with IP networks;

Certifications CISCO or Fortinet are a plus;

Knowledge in scripts and automation tools;

Good communication skills, specially in English;

Academic background in IT, Telecommunications or related area.
