We are searching for an Integration Engineer to work in Porto or Lisbon!

Responsibilities:

• Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms and systems;
• Production monitoring and resolution of technical incidents;
• Construction of scripts and follow-up of file transfers executions;
• Application and systems monitoring and reporting;
• Analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production;
• Incident, Problem and Change Management support;
• Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance;
• Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation;
• Troubleshooting and scripting for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.

Requirements:

• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Cloud environments;
• Construction and experience in scripting and troubleshooting;
• Experience with Admin tools and services;
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
